Day Of

Everything you need to know for the day — when to arrive, what to expect, and how to get to us.

Doors open.

12:00

The ceremony begins at 13:00 sharp.

Here's how the day flows.

  • 12:00 Doors open
  • 13:00 Ceremony
  • Photoshoot & cocktail hour
  • Toast & food
  • Bouquet throw
  • Cake
  • 1st dance
  • Party

Wedding gifts

Your presence is more than enough. But if you'd like to bring something, any financial contribution will go towards our shared married life. A wooden chest will sit by the dance floor for cards and envelopes — lluvia de sobres, as we'd say in Colombia.

Getting there

Train recommended

Praha hl.n. → Nymburk hl.n. — direct, ~50 minutes, every ~30 min on Saturdays. Buy tickets and check live times on idos.cz or pid.cz. From Nymburk hl.n. it's a ~20-minute walk to the venue — see the map below.

Don't walk through the main square; the bridge is closed.

Car

~50 km from Prague via the D11 motorway (~50–60 min on a Saturday). The D11 needs a Czech e-vignette (edalnice.cz) — required for rentals too. Free parking at the Nymburk winter stadium (3-min walk to the venue).

Don't try to drive across the bridge near the venue.

Heads up: the bridge near the venue is closed.

The venue isn't reachable directly from the main square — please walk (or drive) around the hospital. The route below shows the way.

Map of the area around Penzion Na Staré Poště — the small bridge directly next to the venue (marked with a red X) is closed; approach the venue from the other side rather than from the main square.
